National project experience begins
Family entertainment design, fabrication, and commercial conversions across the country.
Start Here About Us
We are developers, builders, coordinators, and problem solvers who believe the best spaces should work as beautifully as they feel.
Our story
In 2015, Matthew Johnson launched Flip Factory and began creating family entertainment centers across the United States. The work ranged from trampoline parks and go-kart tracks to arcades, ropes courses, climbing experiences, concessions, and playgrounds.
In 2017, the work expanded into equipment manufacturing through Ninja Factory, including custom obstacle courses and specialty installations. That experience built a strong foundation in design, fabrication, vendor coordination, safety, logistics, and turning complicated concepts into functional spaces.
Ki Developments was established in 2024 to bring that foundation together with broader experience in operations, client relations, business strategy, real estate, and wellness-centered work.
Today, we are applying that combined perspective to a more focused purpose: creating wellness environments while continuing to consider commercial spaces and select residential projects when the fit is right.

What guides us
We see what a space can become and create a practical path from possibility to execution.
We care about the details people see, the systems they do not, and the long-term performance of both.
We create environments that invite connection, support well-being, and contribute lasting value.
