Every project we take on starts with a vision—yours or ours—and becomes a reality through passion and dedication.
Our Story
It all started back in 2015, when our founder, Matthew, launched Flip Factory — a company dedicated to building high-energy, family entertainment centers across the U.S. From go-kart tracks and trampoline parks to arcades, ropes courses, concessions, and playgrounds, we were all about turning bold ideas into real spaces people loved.

In 2017, we expanded into equipment manufacturing as Ninja Factory, creating custom obstacle courses primarily for the American Gymnast Organization. That venture opened the door to working with businesses nationwide — and even inspired us to bring those experiences into the home. We began designing and building personal entertainment spaces in residential properties: finished basements, home theaters, custom ninja courses, stylish bars, backyard playgrounds, and more.

Although Flip Factory is now dissolved, the vision and expertise live on through our newest chapter: Ki Developments. We're the same creative minds, now working under one unified brand — bringing together over a decade of experience in development, design, and fabrication.
